A: Usually our MOQ is 3,000pcs. But we’d like to accept the quantity lower than 3000pcs. Please kindly send an inquiry to us about this issue.

A: Current samples are free for you. Customized samples charged according to your requirement and design.

Q3. Can you accept Trade Assurance?
A: Sure. We support your orders made from Trade Assurance.

Q4. What is your payment term?
A: Paypal for sample charge is acceptable. The normal payment term is TT, 30% deposit, the balance to be paid before shipment. L/C also acceptable.

Q5：How we deal with the failure product if we get the feedback from customer?
A：We have in-door QC, they will control the quality and packaging process seriously in order to avoid this situation. However, if this kind of issue unfortunately happened and confirmed because of our responsibility, we will send new products to replace the failure ones.
